Payment

The easiest way to pay is using the Paypal buttons on this page. However, I also take BACS payments, good old-fashioned cheques and even cash if you want to pick up from my studio. Just get in touch if you'd like some help.

Packing and delivery

P&P within the UK is included in the price and delivery takes between 3-14 days. For the USA P&P is £10.00 and delivery takes c. 7-14 days. Each print is signed on the front and is supported by a unique signed 'certificate of authentication'.They are posted in a protective postal tube.

Mounting, Backing and Wrapping

We can mount your picture using a conservation, acid free, 2.5mm double thickness, natural mount board which gives a luxurious quality to the print.
Your print is then attached to the mount board using acid free tape and secured onto a conservation acid free backing board. Having everything acid free means that there is very little chance of your print discolouring with age.
Finally your print is wrapped with cellophane for protection, ready to be framed by your local framer.

The cost is between £25-35 depending on size but unfortunately this makes all but the smallest unsuitable for postal delivery and these must be collected from the artist's studio in Dunbar.

Please contact me if you would like to purchase more than one print, for overseas delivery details, or for any further information.

I recently purchased one of the EDGE OF SEA prints from Christopher and am delighted with it. It's a beautiful work. I'm also pleased that Christopher stayed in contact with me during the print's transit to ensure its safe arrival to my home in Texas. I plan to purchase additional prints from Christopher in the future as I admire his work very much -- he's a very gifted artist!

Rabbie's Trailblazers logoI was asked by a friend to create the first of these prints for the new cafe space he was opening in the centre of Edinburgh. If you find yourself in the East End, why not drop in and have a look. They can be seen at Rabbie's Café, Waterloo Place(at the East End of Princes Street) [website] where you can also get a very fine cup of coffee!

Giclée Printing

Giclées are Museum quality Fine Art reproductions, also called Archival Prints. They are the result of highly advanced digital printing technology.

A Fine art Giclée is the closest to an original painting you can get. These artworks are made with an ultra-high-resolution fine-art printer, using the very finest archival inks on acid free paper.  Unlike regular printed reproductions, Giclées are truly durable 'Museum quality' Fine Art reproductions.

A Fine art Giclée is created by tiny jets spraying millions of droplets of archival, pigmented inks onto a sheet of fine art, acid free paper.  This spray of ink, more that 4 million droplets per second, gives the name giclée which is French for "fine spray."

*Printed using lightfast Epson UltraChrome HDR inks on 310gsm archival museum quality 'Soft Textured Paper' at the same size as the original paintings (A soft textured fine art paper with a slight structure similar to traditional fine art paper. Acid free, natural white colour and single side coated.)
