I just received a lovely email from the owners of Pêtchi Restaurant & Bar in Jersey letting me know they have just acquired ‘Undertow’ for the restaurant.
This is a wonderful bit of serendipity as Pêtchi is a Jèrriais word meaning ‘to try to catch a fish’, and ‘Undertow’ was a direct response to my standing knee-deep for several hours on the edge of the Atlantic with the waves crashing and the draw of the currents around me, trying (and occasionally succeeding) to catch fish.
